Shipping Costs

For orders from within the EU a flat shipping rate of €15 per order applies to all orders of 1g and 10g. This cost covers packaging, handling, and delivery to ensure your items arrive safely and securely. For quoted products shipping cost will be provided within the quotation.

Lead Times

Webshop Stock Items:

For items available in our webshop inventory, the standard lead time is 4 weeks from the order date. This lead time includes order processing, preparation, and shipping to your specified address.

Quoted Products:

For items that require a custom quotation, lead times will vary based on availability and order specifications. Specific lead times for quoted products will be provided within the quotation, ensuring you have the most accurate timeframe prior to purchase.
